Beneath the Skin Book Cover Is Here!
I hope you like the cover for my romantic suspense as much as I do. I think it is absolutely beautiful. It was very hard to turn over my ideas and a group of suggested images to the Wild Rose Press artist and trust that the cover would not only say “romantic suspense” but also capture the dark New York City setting and the love between the two protagonists.
One thing I learned in the process of doing this is there are very few photos with Asian-American women in romantic poises out there. The fact that my heroine is an adopted Asian-American is one thing that makes my book unique. My hero is probably a bit more battered than the hunky guy on the cover, but that’s okay. This is the way the heroine sees him. I think the cover artist, Angela Anderson, did a tremendous job with the lettering and the layout too.
What do you think?
Is it romantic enough?
Suspenseful enough?
I’d love to hear your comments.
