I Have Started a Journaling Blog – Check It Out!
Why would anyone want to write?
What is the hardest part of writing?
What ideas are swirling around in my mind?
What frustrates me as a writer?
I have always kept a journal ever since I did ethnographic research and learned the discipline of recording my notes every night.
When I wasn’t doing fieldwork, my journaling focused on my work as a teacher and the joys and non-joys of being a parent. When I traveled, I would carry small leather bound journal to capture the things I experienced.
Now I am starting a whole new career, a whole new persona. I am a writer. A published writer! I started keeping a hand written journal and then another and another until my desk is overloaded with little spiral notebooks, and my poor kitty can’t sit beside me for her petting. So here goes. I am tossing the little books and taking my journaling up a notch. I have a set up a Journaling Blog.
If you are interested in reading about my trials and tribulations as a writer, you can find my journaling blog at https://zarawest.wordpress.com. There you will find my irregular posts about my experiences as a writer.
